What is Feldenkrais?
Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-84) was an engineer, physicist and judo teacher. As such, he brought many different disciplines to this system of learning how to move in a more efficient and comfortable way. Feldenkrais sessions are verbally guided lessons using small movements to increase awareness of a particular function and the inter-connected patterns of movement.
